Made only in an ethical, fair trade environment. Handwoven by a cooperative of women located in Rwanda, this one of kind piece takes weeks to complete. 

Care Instructions:

If necessary, use a cloth soaked in olive oil and rub the wood to keep it soft and strong. This will keep the wood from cracking. To clean, use water and mild soap but do not soak or submerge bowl in water. Towel dry immediately after washing. Not dishwasher safe.

Meaning & Purpose:

These delicately textured and handcrafted wooden bowls were made by groups of women in intimate communities across Rwanda.
